What are family constellations?
What problems can they solve?
The constellations deal with central themes such as family relationships, health, professional difficulties, relationship problems or the loss of a loved one. The exhibitor delves into the theme through questions about the family of origin, forms a circle with the group participants (a so-called morphogenetic field) and this creates an energy that connects the representatives with a timeless and judgment-free energy that contains all important information on the experiences, dynamics and emotions experienced by the representatives of the family members of the person to be installed.
How a constellation works
“Family constellations are a therapeutic approach that aims to reveal and dissolve the hidden dynamics within us that we have absorbed from our family (including ancestors) and which condition our lives, preventing us from being fully happy and living relationships peacefully”
The client introduces a topic into the constellation that affects his current life. This topic can be discomfort, illness, pain or something similar. The moderator asks the client questions about the family (in particular the family of origin) and, based on the information received, draws up the list asking the client to choose a representative in the group for each or some members of his family of origin (including, obviously, for himself). In the circle created by the group participants, an energy called the morphogenetic field is born, associated with a timeless and non-judgmental energy that systematically represents the dynamics and sensations between family members.
The client puts these representatives into position and already from this position the facilitator is able to understand the dynamics. Next the moderator asks the representatives to move freely and express themselves, having found a position based on their sensation.
From this moment, the facilitator's work begins with systemic phrases and movements to find a solution to the family dynamics that have created a block in the flow of the client's life.
THE CLASSIC FAMILY CONSTELLATION:
Bert Hellinger's classic family constellations technique has had several modifications over the years and is taught in training courses throughout Italy. Its rules, even quite rigid, are the basis of Bert Hellinger's school which creates the foundation for being able to play the role of facilitator of family constellations.
THE PERSONALIZED FAMILY CONSTELLATION:
On what basis do you choose one constellator (facilitator) or another?
Each of us has a feeling, an intuition. I first propose a telephone interview with which the client can find out if he feels ready to rely on me. Over the years I have created a personalized method using my skills of hospitality, sensitivity, empathy but also firmness following the basics of my training received. The energy of Reiki, which I use every day, and shamanism also help me to support the client on a path of personal growth.

Anke Marion Grassl, born May 1, 1967 in Stuttgart. Creative, shy and sensitive since she was a child, she soon challenged fate as a young girl and left her family and moved to Italy. The country that had been close to her heart since she was a child.
Around the age of 40 she changes her life, abandons a professional life characterized by stress and competition (entrepreneur of a commercial agency in the textile sector) and follows her vocation, learning from holistic spirituality how to use her own sensitivity and life experience to help people . Reiki Master, Regression Facilitator, life coach and a distance course for a German psychological counselor qualification then lead her into the world of systemic family constellations, a technique that certainly does not come by chance from her country of birth.
For the past 8 years she has been holding courses and seminars on the topic of family constellations in group and individual therapies in Italy and abroad, helping many people to better orient themselves in relationships, work and life. The topics raised by the client can concern health, work, love life and relationships in general.
With the family constellation technique, her sensitivity and empathy towards people, in recent years she has brought many clients from confusion to clarity, using a constellation to show where the problem originates and how it can be solved.
My path
Many years ago, if someone had asked me what makes you different from other people, I would have replied: "Unfortunately, the extreme sensitivity that I have carried with me since I was a child." Today, after many years of courses and schools in the spiritual and coaching fields, experiences abroad, at the age of 57, I would answer that the quality that pushed me to want to help people is precisely this depth and sensitivity. Today I finally use the pain that has not always allowed me to live an easy life as a source of inspiration, intuition and empathy that allows me to welcome my clients and heal their pain.

I started my holistic journey, first to help myself welcome and dissolve "my shadows" and then study the theoretical and practical part of everything that can help people solve their problems.
