Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"). Google uses the Personal Data collected for the purpose of tracking and examining the use of this Site, compiling reports and sharing them with other services developed by Google.

Platform and hosting services

These services have the purpose of hosting and running key components of this Application, making it possible to provide this Application from a single platform. These platforms provide the Owner with a wide range of tools such as, for example, analytical tools, for managing user registration, for managing comments and databases, for e-commerce, for payment processing, etc. The use of these tools involves the collection and processing of Personal Data.

Some of these services work through geographically distributed servers in different locations, making it difficult to determine the exact location where the Personal Data is stored.

Wix (Wix.com, Ltd.)

Wix is a platform provided by Wix.com, Ltd. that allows the Owner to develop, operate and host this Application. Wix is an extremely versatile and customizable tool that allows you to host various types of websites ranging from simple blogs to complex e-commerce platforms.

Hosting and backend infrastructure

This type of service has the function of hosting Data and files that allow this Application to function, allow its distribution and provide a ready-to-use infrastructure to provide specific features of this Application.

Some of the services listed below, if any, may work on geographically distributed servers, making it difficult to determine the actual location where the Personal Data is stored.

Google Ad Manager

Google Ad Manager is an advertising service provided by Google LLC or by Google Ireland Limited, depending on how the Owner manages the Data processing, with which the Owner may run advertising campaigns in conjunction with external advertising networks with which the Owner, unless otherwise specified in this document, has no direct relationship.
Users who do not wish to be tracked by different advertising networks can use Youronlinechoices. In order to understand Google's use of data, please consult Google's partner policy.
This service uses the "DoubleClick" Cookie, which tracks use of this Application and User behavior in relation to advertisements, products and services offered.

Category of personal information collected according to CCPA: information about activities on the Internet or other networks.

Legal basis for processing

The Owner processes Personal Data relating to the User if one of the following applies:

the User has given consent for one or more specific purposes.
Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the User and/or for the execution of pre-contractual measures;
Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Owner is subject;
Processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Owner;
Processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner or by third parties.

In any case, it is always possible to ask the Owner to clarify the specific legal basis of each processing and in particular to specify whether the processing is based on the law, provided for by a contract or necessary to enter into a contract.

Further information on the retention period

Unless otherwise indicated in this document, Personal Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purpose for which they were collected and may be stored for a longer period due to any legal obligations or on the basis of the consent of the Users.

Therefore:

Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
Personal Data collected for purposes attributable to the legitimate interest of the Owner shall be retained until such interest is fulfilled. The User may obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Owner in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Owner.

When the processing is based on the User's consent, the Owner may retain Personal Data for a longer period until such consent is revoked. Furthermore, the Owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period to comply with a legal obligation or an order of an authority.

At the end of the retention period, Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, at the expiration of such period, the right of access, erasure, rectification and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.

User rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Users may exercise certain rights with respect to the Data processed by the Owner.

In particular, within the limits set by law, the User has the right to:

Withdraw consent at any time. The User may withdraw consent to the processing of their Personal Data previously expressed.

Where Personal Data is processed for the public interest, in the exercise of official authority vested in the Owner or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner, Users have the right to object to such processing by providing grounds related to their particular situation.

Users are informed that, where their Data is processed for direct marketing purposes, they can object to such processing at any time, free of charge and without providing any justification. Where Users object to the processing for direct marketing purposes, Personal Data will no longer be processed for such purposes. How to exercise your rights

To exercise your rights, Users may send a request to the Data Controller's contact details indicated in this document. The request is free of charge and the Data Controller will respond as soon as possible, in any case within one month, providing the User with all the information required by law. Any corrections, deletions or limitations of the processing will be communicated by the Data Controller to each of the recipients, if any, to whom the Personal Data have been transmitted, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. The Data Controller will inform the User of such recipients if he/she requests it.

This section applies to Users in Switzerland and, for such Users, replaces any other possibly divergent or conflicting information contained in the privacy policy.

Users' rights under the Federal Act on Personal Data Protection

Users may exercise certain rights regarding their data within the limits of the law, including the following:

The right to object to the processing of their Personal Data (which also allows Users to request the restriction of the processing of Personal Data, the erasure or destruction of Personal Data, the prohibition of disclosure of Personal Data to third parties);

The User declares to be aware that the Owner may be required to reveal the Data by order of public authorities.

Definitions and legal references
